      License Access Levels

      Sprintbase licenses have different levels that determine which features are accessible.  There are four access levels:

      • Account Admins:  Admins have varying levels of access based on their Admin Permissions, including the ability to add and remove other users, create Sprints, Boards, Portfolios, and customize their Studios.
      • Members:  Members may participate in assigned Sprints as any of the four Sprint Roles they are assigned, and create Sprints if granted this ability by the Account Admin.
      • Guest Collaborators - Users may be invited to collaborate on Boards.  This does not require a license.  This access allows the user to add and edit content, but is limited to the Boards to which the user has been invited.
      • Feedback Providers  - Users may be invited give feedback on Boards.  This does not require a license.  This access allows the user read-only access and is limited to the Boards to which the user has been invited.
