Move and Select

Move & Select mode allows you to select elements on the canvas, reposition these elements and reposition the Whiteboard canvas. In this mode, you can also access the context menu (via right-click or control-click).

Accessible By: Admins, Facilitators, Team Leaders, Team Members, Observers*, Guest Collaborators, Feedback Providers*
*with some limitations

The default method for interacting with a Whiteboard, Move/Select mode allows for several forms of interaction.

Select the button labeled “Move/Select” from the left menu of the Whiteboard.

While in this mode, you can:

Move the Whiteboard area by left-clicking and dragging from any blank area in the Whiteboard.
Select a single unlocked element by left-clicking the element.
Select multiple unlocked elements by holding the Shift key and selecting each element individually.
Select multiple unlocked elements by holding the Shift key and dragging your mouse cursor across several elements.
